Schott & Meissner TopCon® LP double belt oven – gas heated
- 1x heating zone, 3m procedural length, equipped with:
- 1x circulating air blower, 15.000 m³/h, 11 kW, 1.600 Pa
- 1x gas blower burner – 150 kW
- 1x exhaust air fan, 6.000 m³/h, 3 kW, 1.000 Pa
Schott & Meissner Thermofix® 4th double belt press – thermo oil heated
- heated length: top and bottom: 1.000 mm (without heating unit)
- cooled length: top and bottom: 4.000 mm (without chiller)
- Upper- and bottom belt, each separate driven, manufactured with PTFE- coated weave (glass)
- moving unit for complete Thermofix (800 mm traverse path)
- 4 x height adjustment / conical entry possible
- 2 x pressure measurement systems for reproducibility of material
