Machine description:

The fibre roll is put on 2 belts that is design in V shape. The belts have the same speed as the roll up roller. Then the set length is reach, the machine is cutting the fibre. At the same time the paper is been measuring up and been cut. The paper is cut by a circular paper knife, and at the same movement the machine is put glue on the paper.It´s possible to control position and quantity of the glue. After rolling up and in feeding the paper around the roll, the machine is dropping the log on a conveyer belt. Then 6 logs have been dropped, the machine is transporting the logs into the cutting station. After the first cut the machine is eject the waist to the side and after that start cut up the set length on the bandages. The last knob of the log will be ejected then next
6 logs in feed to the cuting station.
